Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. The 14 days starts from when you receive your item (as stated in the tracking by the delivery carrier). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We ask that you inspect your item(s) when you receive it to avoid any problems.

Your item will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price. This includes any taxes or shipping fees.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (ie order # and name)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and that is if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have been approved or rejected (with reasons of approval/rejection).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 business days, check with your bank provider about time to process refund transactions. This is typically within 5 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items purchased via discount/referral code cannot be refunded; only exchanged for another item of identical value.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item, email us at baesicperformance@gmail.com
You are responsible for shipping and handling.

Shipping:
You have the option to receive an emailed shipping label (cost of this label will be known before shipping), or purchasing your own label
If you opt to receive a shipping label from us, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you opt to purchase your own shipping label, we are not responsible for lost items during their transit to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: 
Baesic Performance LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If packages are marked as delivered with the carrier, you will have to file a claim with the delivery carrier.
